100% recommend A to B property. We purchased a property from them and had the offer accepted the same day. We're ready to move to the new property soon and without hesitation chose them to sell our current property. We had several offers on and above the asking price after the first viewings. Andy and Liam have been great keeping in contact and really efficient. We don't plan to move again any time soon, but if we did we'd definitely use them again!

If you have the fortune of being a tenant of these guys as I was, you have hit the jackpot. Andy, Keiran and Liam have honestly been amazing, during my stay they were always reliable **and for once, I never EVER felt like they were trying to take from me** they were always honourable and true to their word. I hope that they become more and more successful and expand whilst maintaining the culture and attitude they have, because it may mean I can once again live under management of such lovely people. We would like to say a special thank you to Andy for helping us to purchase our new family home. Although Andy was the seller's estate agent and not our own, he really went above and beyond to help guide us through the purchase process. From the initial booking of the viewing right through to exchange and completion, he helped to take a lot of the stress out of the process. This included Andy spending a couple of hours reviewing our survey report and highlighting the important pieces of information for us to consider in what was a very lengthy and daunting report. In the end, our purchase took around 3 months to complete after the sale was agreed, which I believe is largely down to Andy and Kimberley chasing solicitors and providing us with regular updates. Andy was always super responsive to our many queries either over the phone or via the WhatsApp group he had created for the purchase. This helped to save time with sending emails and/or leaving messages and waiting for an agent to return your call. I would often choose to contact Andy for an update rather than our own agent for this reason. Andy truly provides a great service for his sellers and their buyers and I would recommend Andy to anyone considering selling their home - so much so that he will be listing my mum's house for sale later next week 😊✨️
