Went for a look around at a houseshare in Swinton. was great really wanted the place to rent out. But instead of just asking for £500 deposit and first months rent. Tried to have me over with a £144 non refundable deposit was a “check” which I find incredibly annoying after viewing the houseshare and abit of a con.

I cannot recommend Abode Property enough for the friendly support they have provided me during my moving in process!
This is my first house share and the service provided by the team has been so professional and kind. Checking in to make sure I have settled comfortably, I've never felt so welcomed.
It has been such a smooth experience with the support from Saskia and Jo being so kind and understanding.

Really happy with Abode, we're tenants and they have been really helpful when we've had some small issues with the house, they've had them solved by the next day. They're easy to get hold of on phone and email and always very pleasant and happy to help. The maintenance teams they've sent are always very nice, professional and efficient. All in all we're very happy tenants!
