Please do not use this estate agents if you are serious about selling your house! Extremely poor customer service, absolutely no sales plan or tactics to sell your property. It’s a case of wait weeks for a for sale sign to go up and then pray someone wants your house. Do not expect any intervention or communication to help. Whole time we were with them caused my poorly elderly father untold anxiety due to the ongoing incompetence. Majority of their remaining staff need customer service training as they are rude and obstructive most of the time. Been with another local estate agents for 1 week and they have done ten times more than Abode did in 10 weeks. Save yourself the stress and find someone else!

ABODE acted on both my sale and purchase. The process from start to finish was completely stress free! They arranged block viewings on my property which were carried out by themselves, before I knew it I had multiple offers which enabled me to secure an offer on the property I had dreamed of. My wife was working abroad at the time and I required a cleaner and gardener to assist in the move which again they recommended which took the pressure away from myself. I cannot fault the first class service I received from this agent and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We have recently used Abode lettings for a house sale and from start to finish the whole team have been excellent. From asking to put the house on the market to it being marketed and sold it took just 10 day's! Everything was so quick and prompt. Communication and updates were excellent and they were there to answer any questions and give reassurance all the way. I would highlighy recommend and would'nt hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you to all the team and for making such a stressful time so easy.
