From a seller’s point of view we found them extremely poor. Very uncommunicative when it came to how to market the property, and a complete lack of assistance when we were looking for a steer on what to do after a low number of viewings. Our house is the most valuable asset we will ever own and I found this agency’s engagement with us severely lacking. We were looking for a fairly quick sale, no chain, and this agency seemed to be content with the property sitting on the market for a couple of years if necessary, as long as it was on their books and with their sign outside the house. Apart from when he came to value the house, full of promises about good service, we didn’t get to speak with the owner again, despite emailing several times. He left the day to day business to the two young kids in the office, one of whom turned up to take photos with an iPhone rather than a proper camera. Learnt my lesson with this outfit - never again.
