Very good to start with. Been in my flat nearly 4 years and they increased rent by £250 per month. Bins not emptied, grass not cut, list goes on…just want to get as much money from you as possible. Avoid at all costs. Money grabbing landlords

I've just finished a 5 year tenancy with AMCO. I have rented properties all of my life and AMCO have been far and away the best letting agency I have used. If not for purchasing a house, I would absolutely still be using them. The property I rented was fantastic, the entire process from initially renting, through to ending my tenancy has been smooth and effortless. The communication throughout the 5 years was great - when I did have a minor issue, they responded to it immediately and rectified the issue. The biggest winner for me about AMCO was throughout the COVID period - I kept hearing stories of private rents increasing to cover the costs of landlord increases and these seemed to be UK wide, but AMCO kept the rents the same throughout the entire period - in fact, my rent did not rise once during my 5 years. If you're looking for a property and AMCO is the agents, go for it - you will not regret your experience of letting through them.
