Thank you so much Sam for your support throughout the sale of our property. The service provided was exceptional – professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful at every stage. There were aspects I hadn’t even considered, but you and your team took care of everything. I was impressed with how much respect was shown for my property during viewings, I could see how much care went into presenting it in the best light. If I ever decide to sell again, I won’t hesitate to return to Barton and Kendal.

Thanks to Sam and the team at ABK Middleton branch for helping us through the whole process. We found ABK to be the most competitive estate agents in the area and the initial communication and advice gave us confidence that we would sell our house quickly and for the right price.
Not long after instructing ABK and we had a buyer! Unfortunately the chain collapsed last minute and our buyer pulled out. This was where ABK really stepped up and found a new buyer within a matter of weeks. This meant we could still continue with our purchase.
Throughout the whole process the communication from the whole team was fantastic, genuine feedback and clear advice.

Honestly, Sam is like an Angel sent by God to help me secure a mortgage in Manchester M9, that came to completion 15/11/2024. Sam has a very large heart and alway putting his clients first , his is always happy to help and his is a very humble and kind minded man. Sam, is very good at his Job, he derived joy in performing his duties perfectly. Sam, is very unique person, trustworthy and transparency person. I have sold another property with Adamson Barton Kendal Middleton in Dec 2024. Excellent service by Sam and Paul who made sure the process was as easy as possible. Would not buy/sell with any one else. thank you!
I have sold a few properties through Barton Kendal and cannot express how amazing this team is. Sam and Jordan have been fantastic and will not sell with any one else . You know they have the sellers and buyers interest at heart which is a difficult job to do! I would say I am a challenging customer but they have been the best!
