From start to finish Shazad Lead Negotiator was fantastic....Viewing and then all communication went smoothly and quick! ...and finally on handover a lovely Gift to welcome us! Thanks Shaz .. Sue and Team excellent excellent Work! Super efficient

I've lived here for 7/8 years now and all of sudden last month they tell me i can not have pets when one the agencies workers agrees to that i could! But because I had not got it written writting to confirm they become fussy and wanted them out. I've had trouble with maintenance just letting them selfs in to do odd fixing jobs that needed attending too so I feel that is bad when I am a young adult living my own on occasions my partner stays with me from time to time so he wasn't their when one maintenance let them selves in so I just don't feel that good when you've ticked that you want to be present even tho I was in the flat he just let him self in with buzzing or nocking etc.

Absolutely brilliant service from Shazad the Lead Lettings Negotiator and Belvoir Sales and Lettings. From viewing our property to moving in, everything was done without any hiccups. Shaz kept us informed re the application, deposit and finally the move. Nothing too much for him. A lovely box of goodies were presented to us on moving day. Highly recommended. Well done all.
