I have been a tenant for 17 years with Brentwood and througout this time had no problems. The whole team within the office and repairs team are professional, efficient, polite, helpful, understanding. Huge thankyou to you all, you are a credit to the company. 👍👌.

Viewed a property last week, really liked it and felt positive about it. It was ideal for me and my son, I got the forms, they did except people on benefits I was told they would look at all applications and I would get a response in three weeks. I filled in the forms,took it to the office this morning and was told the property had gone? Why so quick?, I really feel this is unfare and unacceptable. I feel like I hadn't been given a chance and feel like I have been discriminated against simply because I don't work. Not happy with reply from Brentwood why was I not a strong applicant? My application was not viewed because i never got the chance to hand it in. I far as I am concerned it is discrimination because they would rather take someone who is working and had the money to pay a deposit than someone like me, who has no money and is on benefits. Thankfully the law will be changing soon for those on low incomes and benefits and then it will illegal for anyone to discriminate against us poor folk.

Total waste of time!!! They told my mum that they would get back to her within 10 working regarding a property that she went to view and now the property is under offer, and they didn't bother to inform me

The staff at Brentwood have been nothing short of amazing from the moment we booked our viewing to securing the property. What you’d imagine to be a stressful process was like a walk in the park. We’re so happy to have found our new home that has been decorated to such a high standard with all relevant checks being completed before our move in date! We received amazing customer service from Victoria and Joe and we can’t say how truly thankful we are. We cannot recommend them enough!
