We recently sold a property through Bridges Uppermill. The house sold within a week, great service & they even helped us to find a new property that would suit us, even though it was being sold by another estate agents. They helped us throughout the process with whatever we needed. All of the staff are really helpful & friendly especially Mark, Caron & Mark who we mostly dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely use them again.

Wonder about this estate agents and their relationships with the local builders. Viewed a definite "do-er upper" in Greenfield only to be told it was sold to a cash buyer. Yes over a week later, and said property still on Rightmove and Bridges as "for sale".

I wouldn’t recommend renting with this company. I rented through these for 2 and a half years. They don’t comply with tenants rights or rental agreements they just make up their own rules. They treat tenants with no respect whatsoever. Their staff are rude and arrogant. The lies roll off their tongue. The emails are somewhat childlike. Ironically after escaping the damp and mouldy rental property I have now been left a property to sell but thankfully I know not to sell it through these unprofessionals.!!

I purchased a property in Mossley around 18 months ago and this property was let out through Bridges Estate Agents. I must say I have had absolutely no problems with tenants, repairs that needed attention and financial monthly invoice updates. The tenants have been looked after and I have been kept informed of all matters. I have visited their premises and was refreshingly surprised by the welcoming approach, knowledge of the market and support offered. It is a big step and this attitude makes a positive difference. This customer service support is what is lacking in this industry and given the support I have received from Bridges, I am now looking to purchase further properties through this agent. Well done.

On booking a viewing and ensuring pets were considered I was told by Bridges, “the landlady accepts dogs but could you please bring him along to your viewing so she can confirm it’s a small dog and not a Great Dane”. I arrived at the property, viewed the property and then was told by the landlady’s husband that they DO NOT accept pets and wouldn’t be considering them. A waste of time for both myself and the landlady. I then tried to contact Bridges to rearrange a viewing for another property and am yet to hear back 6 days later. Very poor customer service and communication.
