The whole estate agent service that we received from the Marple branch team was nothing short of a perfect experience and never once have we felt any frustration during the process as the pressure was always soaked up by the branch Very knowledgeable personable staff who clearly put customers needs at the forefront Special mention has to be given to Rachel though as she was an absolute star throughout the whole process and we feel that she went well above our expectations when dealing with an estate agent She’s a genuinely likable person whose experience dealing with customers shines through and gives the personal touch From the initial valuation through to the sale we have clearly been her priority as the personal service we have received was fantastic No questions were ever too much trouble and many regular phone calls with updates were frequent with literally same hour replies and on her day off Dale was more than capable to help us and he also is a very friendly likable helpful chap Overall it was a very enjoyable stress free process from this clearly professional well run branch of Bridgfords by Gary the manager Never thought that we would actually enjoy dealing with an estate agent so big pat on the back to Rachel and the whole friendly team at Marple I think my wife will miss the regular chats on the phone Well done Bridgfords and Gary on having such a good team working together Thanks for everything Lisa & Paul p.s From a financial side Bridgfords gave us the highest valuation and also an extremely competitive % selling costs

I cannot praise Dale, Rachel and Gary highly enough! Four days on the market and my house is sold. Dale and Rachel beant over backwards, viewing the property themselves, sourcing and sending the perfect buyers, not one single time waster. They kept me updated with appointments regularly working around my hectic schedule. Thank you guys so much for making an incredibly stressful time so much easier!!!

Great experience with Bridgefords Marple, Gary came to do a valuation on a Thursday, pictures were taken on the Friday, it was listed on Saturday (after allowing me time to read and review the listing details) and it was sold on the Monday! What a service! Dale was friendly and professional getting viewings booked in and I have been kept up to date with any contact the buyers have with them and the solicitor progress each step of the way!! Would recommend 5*
