Moved in 2 weeks after reporting that our fridge isn't working, no communication at all after being reported other than one email stating that it'd take 3 days (same day I raised this issue). Contacted the branch to be told there's no need for updates; agreement form says 3 days for fridge issues and now we are here on week 3. We have had to go out of our way to find out when are we getting this fridge to be told it's not ready yet with no clear timescale at all.
Wish I knew who to further escalate this too as people on the phone weren't as helpful, but as property managers work within Bridgford Sales, I will assume they work under them too.
Work on your communication, inform your tenants, don't leave us in the dark. 3 weeks is TOO LONG to be told it's being dealt with now.
edit: Roommate is now considering buying a new fridge out of our own allowance due to this long process.

Very unpleasant and traumatic experience. I had rented one of Bridgfords properties and even after 1.5 month since I vacated the property, they have not returned the deposit. They did a checkout report and most of the points in the report were from the original inventory. Replied to them regarding the same, and even after a month they do not have the courtesy to respond back or even acknowledge the mail. I visited the Altrincham office, they told that it is not their department but will try to sort out the matter. They did write to the manager at this office last week but I am yet to get any sort of response back.
