Our absolute thanks and gratitude to Clint, Rikky and all the staff at Castle Estate for going above and beyond in making the sale of my mums house quick and painless. We changed estate agents as I felt that the property was undervalued and we felt pressured into selling at a much lower price but Clint assured us that we were right to hold out for a fairer price and an offer was accepted within a couple of weeks of them taking the property on! We will definitely be using Castle Estates when we eventually sell our own house!

Clint, Ricky and Emma have become exceptionally good friends through an excellent business relationship. I have had excellent service from Clint on two house sales and continue to receive excellent service and support on my rentals. The management fee is not only very competitive but they take over all the worries dealing with the tenants in every way, the monies appear in my bank account every month without fail. Apart from them doing an impeccable job you cannot under estimate the relationship you will enjoy and experience in doing your business with them. Thank you to the team for the support you have always so readily given. I would recommend you to all.

Unfortunately we are currently having to deal with Castle in our chain and the way they have dealt with our situation is enough to make us want to pull out. This process begun in November and has gone on for months. After losing the first house we put an offer on (also with Castle) we had to start again and now it’s looking like we will now lose the second house with Castle. It’s starting to seem like there is a common theme here with Castle being unable to complete a sale. From the start lies we have been hit with webs of lies and misinformation and with every complaint or phone call, the blame is projected onto the solicitors. We had been informed that someone in the chain would be moving in with family members to get the move going. After speaking to the sellers, this turned out to be a complete lie and in fact they knew nothing about what was going on. We have been told that people in the chain have: been on holiday, moving in with friends, moving into an Airbnb all of which were lies. We were promised by the estate agents that we would be in before the end of May, end of June and now we’re being told August. With every new problem that arises, we are hit with more excuses and lies from the estate agents. I’d like to say that Clint and Ricky have been friendly however Emma is one of the rudest, most unhelpful people I have ever had to deal with and cannot seem to take responsibility for their actions. We are having to take further action against them which just adds to the stress of moving house. If you can avoid using Castle Estate Agents you will hopefully save yourself from a lot of stress!
