Incompetent agency team ever met .especially David who seems to be the commercial agent .if I could leave reviews I would have removed this Star . I wrote this review and wish anyone who wants to start a new business in Heywood ,never ever been in contact with The Choice heywood and David. They don't answer on time .need to call them and send them loads of emails and receive a very silly answers ,they (he) are always off or on annual leaves .as soon as they have their fees they are not responsible for anything . We had the worse time whilst we were working with them ,unfortunately. So lucky we transferred our business and not in contact with them anymore .

Avoid these at all costs!!! They are an absolutely disgusting company who have no morals. The properties they rent are full of mould and damp. These people have no hesitation to put your health and safety on the line. I have spoken the some of there ex tennants and they all have said the same thing about this property being full of mould and damp. They have had a sold sign on one of the properties for over a year ( should be taken down 2weeks after sale finalised) even though they sold it to their own family member in the same company as I was told by a previous tenant. There is a lot of rubbish behind a property they manage and have left it there for nearly 2years to the point it has become overgrown and attracting rats. Emailed them and was promised it would be cleaned up. 3 weeks later still nothing. I have now contacted environmental health who are now involved. I beg of you please don't rent the property on summersgill close in Heywood (it is that bad with mould the windows upstairs are open 24/7) 3 tennants have moved from there all stating the mould was the main reason. Please especially if you have kids don't put their life on the line the property is in such a state. They don't care about you or your health or the property they rent to you all they care about is the money. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE CALLED OUT AND STOPPED!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING HOW THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!! IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!

Lovely people and great, reliable service. Their bookings were friendly and timely, everyone was helpful throughout the purchasing process and they kept us up to date the whole time. We were never left wondering. Thank you all again. xxx

We have used Choice Estates quite a lot over the last few years. We mainly dealt with David who we found to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable and honest about the local area. We've dealt with David in both buying houses and renting them out. He always got back to us when he said he would and any messages we left when we phoned the office were always passed on. We've dealt with a lot of other estate agents in both Middleton and Heywood and only wished we had discovered Choice Estates sooner mainly down to David. Also recently have dealt with Emma & Jack in the office who have been great to deal with too. Highly recommend Choice Estate Agents in Heywood. 10/10.
