Fantastic service from Chris and the team! I recently sold my rental property and I was seriously impressed with the knowledge and advice provided by Chris, all delivered with a personal touch. Once the property was ready to market, Chris and the team secured a number of offers within a couple of weeks, and again, he was always available to provide advice on which offer to accept. Throughout the sale process Chris and Jade kept me informed along the way, ensuring the whole transaction went through smoothly. I can’t recommend them enough - great value for money!

Chris and his team Jade and Elaine have been absolutely fantastic. They have been the most professional estate agents I have EVER come across (rented a lot in the past. They are easily contactable and have always addressed any issue I have had, promptly and efficiently. They made the whole process of moving easy and were very helpful! They are also extremely friendly and the check out process was smooth and they were very fair. Regretfully I have had to move however, given the chance, I would definitely rent or even buy with them in the future. Thank you Chris and team!

During the viewing my wife was asked about her foreign accent simultaneously being scanned ("checked-out") flirtatiously in front of me. We had an impression we’d been also hastened. At least they were keeping somewhat of a fair communication. You’ll probably figure out the rest.

Great service and friendliness, I needed urgent help to sell my mum's property recently and I was overwhelmed by the speed in which Chris and the team got the house on the market and identified a buyer within a week. This has made an incredible difference to my family and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We contacted the agency today to enquire about a property. The agent was so rude and unprofessional. We received comments like “Well if you’re going to have dogs and rent then you’re probably not going to find anything“… he also rhetorically asked..”and how would you plan to keep two dogs in such a small house?! How would that work?”
🗣️ …In the same way it has been working with our last two landlords who will give you the best references/feedback.
We totally understand and accept if a landlord/property management company follow a “no pets” policy but being argumentative and judgmental towards a potential customer it’s totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
