These people need shutting down. They rent out properties that resemble run down 1980’s houses. They refuse to do repairs then try to keep your deposit. They are clearly happy to have people living in squaller while charging above market rent for properties that are NOT even fit to rent out!! People like this should be ashamed. And a quick look on their companies house confirms they are VERY VERY wealthy. Absolutely disgusting. REPORTED.

Worst landlords in Manchester. They put rent up once a year. They don't fix any repairs that are needed done and they don't phone their tenants back. Been my landlord for 3 years. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE!
