I couldn’t recommend Claves Estates enough. Lynne is an absolute angel. She helped us above and beyond. We had a difficult time with our solicitors but Lynne was there every step of the way, supporting and helping us. We had the most amazing experience with her and the team. She always responded quickly and is just an amazing individual who truly understands. We couldn’t have got this property without her. Thank you so so much ✨🩷✨

We had a brilliant experience with Claves Estates, specifically Lynne.
Lynne was brilliant at communicating and keeping us in the loop with all matters associated with the purchase of our property. Friendly, personable and incredibly understanding/ helpful when personal circumstances interfered and delayed the move.
We recommend and would use them in the future

Lynne and the Claves team were honestly fantastic through the entire process; flexible with our initial viewings and negotiation, supportive and proactive through the purchase process. They continued to chase parties in the chain to meet deadlines and move the process along. We are very grateful for their help and support and are now enjoying our new home. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish!! We chose Claves because we had had such a positive experience with Warren before and trusted him and his team explicitly and they didn’t let us down. They have the upmost patience when things don’t go quite according to plan and are there to support along the way. Have recommended Claves to many friends and will continue to do so.

So, so impressed with Claves. Lynne was so supportive, patient and understanding through a very difficult purchase. I was continually delayed after various hurdles, but Lynne and Marcus both went out of their way to keep the vendors of my purchase informed and were so helpful to keep the purchase on. I couldn't have asked for more, and I'm finally happy in my new home thanks to them!
