Left us with no boiler for the coldest part of the year, would do house viewings without informing us, would let themselves in without even knocking first, we reported the mould in our flat several times, not only did it not get fixed, they charged US for it out of our deposit. I tried chasing them up to discuss this and they ignored all of our emails.

They are very much dishonest and unprofessional. Our income cover the requirements , and they still ask for a guarantor. Their vetting agent, good lord, is another fraud. They want to get access to a bank account and an HMRC account of our guarantor. whereas our income covers all of the tenancy requirements. As we are not willing to provide sensitive data of guarantor and asked to return our booking money as they can't take our guarantor, they don't want to refund that £300. I felt like scamed by them , this letting agency be doing scam with people, and I am sure they are doing this scam with many more people. I would recommend all to avoid this letting agency. This scam deposit amount is their main income source. Their employees are very much unprofessional and uneducated l. They also don't know how to treat and behave with customers, may be they hire some rude schools droper as their employees. They cut the phone line before completing the conversations. Single star is overrated for this letting agency.

No respect for neighbours. Loud industrial noise and work that is over the legal limit and shaking my apartment, floors and walls. Rang 3 times weekly and been told for 3 weeks running that that would be the last week every week. And guess what Wednesday week 4 was the last day and still ongoing Friday. No respect at all, as long as there getting there money and have people who can’t complete jobs so it runs over by looks of it! statutory nuisance, the noise significantly interferes with my right to enjoy my home is considered a nuisance! Especially when you have them shaking walls and floors doing not light remedial work!
