Helen always goes above and beyond! I moved here from a different city and was quite nervous as a first time renter but I’m so glad I picked to rent with Connor properties. Really professional, super friendly and approachable :) She is also so easy to get in contact with if I have any issues! Honestly couldn’t wish for a better landlord, so grateful. Couldn’t recommend enough. (if I could give you 10 stars I would!!)

Helen is revealing her true self in her response and I'm glad she's doing so. You can literally see for yourself she is saying things like "I can barely walk" then says "I failed to get out of bed for Manchester council" It as if she's not even reading what she's typing. I wasn't in bed for Manchester councils visit I actually told Helen before hand that I have physiotherapy to do for my surgery around the time she sent Manchester council and it's extremely important for me to do physiotherapy to take away some of the pain from my surgery. She sent a rude text and made fun of my surgery saying "Clearly your mice problem isn't serious if you aren't available for Manchester council" she completely dismissed my surgery as if it wasn't serious. Kind of like the same thing she's doing in her response saying "He can barely walk". Thank you Helen for proving that you're exactly the person I said you are. Also she's lying about failing to keep appointments for carpet fittings... I was literally in a hospital bed recovering. This woman lacks humanity and empathy so she didn't care about my being in a hospital and just marked it as me not showing up for my appointment. Also she brought police to my address because I said I would destroy her in court, I even said in the message it's not a threat but she brought police to my address while I'm recovering from a serious surgery over something she knows wasn't a threat... (I've attached proof something she's yet to do). Also notice how she mentions her other reviews as if it's not possible to still be a terrible person just because she got some good reviews in the past. That's literally what a guilty person would say "look at all my good reviews". Also notice how she didn't address the damp and mice, she knows her flats are completely infested. If she tries to lie some more I will film videos of tenants confirming this. It's in your best interest to not respond Helen, You're just revealing who you truly are. Also why are you reporting my reviews, not one lie was told if so prove it!

Thank you Hellen for the amazing work and for always looking after me and my family, i can honestly say that Hellen is the best landlords we ever had, always treated us with care and respect, and always fixed any house issues. Many many thanks to Hellen.
