Thanks to Mike, Rochelle and Tom at Country Holmes for friendly, professional, honest service. I walked into Country Holmes in Glossop in summer 2020 as the three blokes in the real estate office three doors down the road wouldn’t even look up from their phones when I went in. Rochelle Kenyon listened carefully to what I wanted and got me viewings fast which matched our spec. Mike Lambe was knowledgeable, punctual and professional and we agreed on a place and price quickly. Once we completed Tom Pickford gave us various options and clear advice as new landlords and we opted to use his services to find us the best tenant. Country Holmes is hands down the best Estate Agents we have ever used. From start to finish, they managed our house sale with professionalism, clear and regular communication as well as excellent advice throughout the process. The photos they took of the property were excellent and they also used a tool called Matterport to produce high quality virtual walk-through's of the property, which really made the listing stand out. As a result, we had 10 requests for viewings less than an hour after the listing went live and offers immediately after the first day of viewings. I could not compliment Tom enough for the high quality service that he provided - he was hugely proactive, responsive and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Country Holmes.

I've used 2 estate agents previously to Country Holmes Estates and I've already seen the difference in how good Country Holmes are. They have gone above and beyond in helping me with my new home. We lived 3 hours away and it was a fantastic experience dealing with Tom from Country Homles. Over the last 6 years + there was not one day void or late payment, excellent tenants. I could always get hold of Tom or his colleagues, he sorted all issues, for example the gas safety, maintenance and repairs etc without any fuss and negotiated with the trades people on our behalf, included in his competitive rates. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of renting a property out, just use Tom.

Country Holmes is the best letting agency I have ever worked with. I live d in the house managed by Country Holmes. The whole team is very responsive and available any time if we have any question about our house. I would highly recommended.
