Second time I have used Sarah at Cousins this year for the sale of property. Cousins Values have stood out to us from the rest, mainly due to there Drive in Communation and Prompt updates. This isn't and hasnt always been the case with most other agents in the past . Sarah's considerate nature and ability to understand exactly what the customer expects throughout the sales process has been nothing short of exceptional .

I can’t recommend Georgina highly enough! She worked tirelessly to support my home purchase, going above and beyond at every stage. Her dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. No question was too small, no challenge too big—she handled everything with expertise and care. Cannot recommend Cousins enough!! Georgina was amazing. We had a very difficult/unusual sale and she helped and supported us through it - going above and beyond any expectations. From start to finish we were constantly being informed of progress and guided through any problems.

Cousin's have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were tasked with finding a rental after a flood in my home and managed to find the perfect house at such short notice. A special mention has to go to Blake, who has gone the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anybody.

We decided to use Cousins to sell our home as when we bought it 21 years ago it was through them and everything was easy and hassle free. Sarah came to value the house and she is lovely and proffesional, she went through everything with us step by step and managed to sell our house in 1 day. With a hopefully quick turn around for completion.(Amazing )nothing is too much trouble for her. She is an assett to the company ,Thank you
