Rang up asking to speak to a lady called Annabelle who I had been advised by the landlord was dealing with the tenancy she spoke to me very rudely on the phone at first then following on from that failed to respond to any emails I have sent. Wouldn’t recommend and would stay far away

I have had many dealings with different estate agents over the years and I can honestly say Craven have been the most professional and easy to deal with to date.
This year I have mainly dealt with Hannah and she has been extremely helpful and very obliging, nothing is ever too much trouble and she goes above and beyond.
I have recommended them to many friends and family who have also been very happy with their service. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

John Mackie (Sales manager) was brilliant. We were purchasing a property listed by Craven. He was very helpful, honest and relaxed with out viewings, negotiations with the vendor and helped us speed things through. Communication with him and the team was really easy, no issues at all. Thanks for all your help getting us into our new home.

We found Ben and everyone we dealt with at Craven & Company to be excellent. Our calls were always answered quickly and professionally, any queries we had were dealt with well and we always felt extremely satisfied with the level of service offered. Even when we had issues with our sale going through, Ben went above and beyond chasing buyers and solicitors. Thank you very much for all of your hard work, we appreciated it. ☺️

Excellent estate agent, super helpful, friendly and efficient. Communication is responded to in a timely manner. Any issues with the property have been fixed straight away. Highly recommended!
