I have been using Darren, Terry and the team for years. They manage my rental properties and just sold my own house in an amazing 7 days!!
They are always really professional and friendly and always there if either myself or my tenants need them. It’s fantastic that their phone lines are manned until 10pm!
Having dealt with many different agencies over the years I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! A personable and dedicated team that make the stress of buying, selling and renting property a breeze!!

Wynn and Walker went out of thier way to accommodate a Saturday viewing of a rental property due to my work commitments. The viewing was conducted on time and the agent who attended was friendly and professional. Whatever happens with the property I would still recommend them. Great team

Excellent service from start to finish. needed a bigger house asap due to imminent new arrival, I didn't even realise I could rent my property and buy another, the service here has been excellent. Advice was brilliant. To top it off they rented my house within 6 days of moving out & the tenant has been in for about 3 months now with no problems. Let's hope it stays that way! Darren, Tony & Terry were all all excellent, along with a couple of others who's name has evaded me. Recommended to anyone.

Darren, Tony and the team are fantastic, always happy to talk and guide you through sales and lettings. It is easy to say an estate agents is good if they can sell your home, however the charisma and energy that the team bring and how they apply it to the property market makes this estate agency great. I have used them consistently now for over a year and I plan on continuing to use them going forward. Great job guys, a well built, well maintained business with the client at the heart of it.

Terry Walker was our main point of contact throughout our long term rental in Bolton and I cannot rate him and Wynn & Walker any higher. They are available until very late every day, are really quick to respond and so helpful. They go above and beyond for anyone - it's a shame not all agents are like this. If you are selling a property or looking at renting and you're thinking of using them, all I can say is I would recommend them highly as they go the extra mile - even when they don't need to!
