I have lived in this house managed by David Andrews homes for 16 years. It was a fantastic experience and I am very happy with all the staff, they worked very professionally. When ever I had an issue within the property, I spoke to them and it would be resolved in a very short time. The best experience was, I was in away on holiday and my son had told me via phone call that there was a leak under the kitchen sink, so I emailed David Andrews and told them the situation and they took immediate action. Three hours later my son phoned to say that a plumber was sent by David Andrews and had fixed the leak. This is just one example of how reliable David Andrews is.

After renting with David Andrews Homes for a year I would highly recommend. As someone new to the area I had no idea where to turn and this company were so helpful. The paperwork was fast and they respond to any issues in the house equally as speedy and with high quality solutions. Easy to talk to and were always friendly. Only moving due to relocation.

Amazing real estate agents, our experience with David Andrews was exceptional and invaluable. Provided exceptional service, always punctual, and incredibly responsive to our call. Our stay at the house was nothing but comfortable with assurance that real agent were available to trouble shoot if required. Staff was professional, helpful, and quick to respond not to mention very supportive. Highly recommend engaging services and interacting with David Andrews homes.

Im not happy with the service of Samt, I have sent all docs and paid the deposit as he requested. I was arranging with the landlord who was very polite/ for another viewing after getting the flat painted.. I had a query about the furniture as it was very old .. the landlord was happy to check it first, then got a call from Samt telling that the application has been rejected bcoz of my question!!!! If i will pay 900 pounds rent with no bills, I think I have the right to ask about the furniture minimum… really shocked and thankfully this happened now better than after renting the property… Im waiting for my refund of 200 pounds ive paid to hold the property…

In over 12 years of dealing with estate agents for our kids university accommodation across the country, dealing with David Andrew Homes has been the most efficient and professional that we have dealt with, thanks for the reassurance at great property that you have been able for us to use for our youngest child.
