Everyone at Edward Mellor in Marple was so helpful during our first purchase, from the start right until the end, especially Abigail Weir. From a buyers point of view, we thought that the communication from the team was levels above the other estate agents we had to deal with when viewing other properties and we had a response to our offer on the same day. Abigail was super helpful with chasing solicitors and explaining the process to us as first time buyers, she made the process a lot easier. Abigail was always really responsive and friendly, which is exactly what you need. We would definitely recommend Abigail and the rest of the team in Marple. Thanks again!

What a truly wonderful team Edward Mellor Marple are … from the valuer Mark Smith who initially offered great insight into pitching the property at a competitive price and taking wonderful photos and video showing the flat at its best. Nicola had made showing the flat to prospective buyers such an easy process and took all the pressure off us. In less than 2 weeks we had a buyer again Nicola has made the whole process run smoothly. I can’t thank the team at Edward Mellor enough, so professional throughout the selling process and who have been a delight to have instructed. I would highly recommend.

As a first time buyer, my initial experience was quite daunting, but after getting in touch and going through the process of finding homes, Terri from Edward Mellor was amazing to deal with and made the whole experience of my searching process so much easier as she gave me all the information i needed and left no stone unturned. It was a pleasure to find my home and also have someone guide me through it with such ease!
