The communication has been great. Both in arranging viewings, so easy, and updates.
Market for sales is slow at the moment but I felt the team were pushing forward all the time to secure a sale for us. Very easy estate agent to deal with and seemed to understand our requirements quickly with no fuss.

Francesca was part two of a very tight ship
Express Agency are like a production line
Each member of the team complete their process then you are introduced to your new contact
Francesca was in sales so I’m my opinion the hardest part of the process. Selling your house
They say in 30 days and whilst in wasn’t in 30 days,it wasn’t far off
She was efficient,communicative,approachable,consultative but more importantly I felt she was on my side
Francesca deserved 10 stars not five

Really pleased! I’d struggled with selling my house with a ‘normal’ estate agent for a little over a year before trying these guys. Beth was my contact and she was fantastic, keeping me updated and helping me through all the aspects of the sale. I’d highly recommend. Thanks!

Not impressed with the firm. Wrong information sent to me twice l had to ring up to correct it not good l feel l was doing the job for them . I have just receive an email saying congratulations on contracts being exchanged this was done on the 1st July and l receive this now. Would you be impressed with that
