So, although i didn't end up using Fletcher CRE as a family friend ended up sub-letting me some space very very cheap, i still want to give credit for the efforts made during the whole process of nearly signing up, very pleasant and easy to deal with and supportive with options to meet budgets and preferences. Will definitely be returning when my new company will require expansion.
