I had a truly surprising and positive experience with this letting agency. While struggling to secure suitable accommodation for my family, I paid a holding deposit on a property. It was clearly stated from the beginning that the deposit was non-refundable. However, after giving it some more thought and considering my family’s needs, I realized that the house wouldn’t be the right fit for us.
Despite the terms, I decided to reach out and explain the situation, fully expecting to forfeit the deposit. To my amazement, the agency showed great understanding and professionalism—and they refunded the full amount!
It’s rare to find this level of empathy and fairness in the housing market. Their integrity and customer-first approach truly stood out, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone searching for a home.
