We had a particularly tricky time completing on our move as we had to pull out of our first purchase. We are now in our new house and loving it! Nadine and Beth were great throughout the whole process, helping us to keep calm and were so professional and kind. Nadine was fantastic at keeping us informed of developments. Jasper has met me a number of times to show me properties for sale. Every time I met him, he has been so nice, kind, polite, helpful, mostly he has managed to answer all my questions. He understood my needs in respect of area and property spec I am after. He is proactive of suggesting suitable properties.

Nadine has helped with the convanycing of my house sale which had been somewhat complicated by the chain below. She demonstrated excellent communication skills and provided professional and patient guidance, and efficient handling of matters in hand, often leading to a smoother and less stressful experience Nadine was responsive and helpful. The sale was a bit longer than expect it but nothing out of ordinary for this area of work. I whole heartedly recommend Haart for there efficient, professional and honest approach to sales, from getting your house on the market (helped by Matt) right through to completion and not to mention their in house mortgage advise (with Matt T.)
