I had a fantastic experience renting through Hannon Holmes. From the very beginning, the tenancy process was seamless and professionally handled. Their team was always responsive and supportive anytime I had a query or needed something sorted in the property, they responded swiftly and efficiently. It truly made the entire tenancy stress-free.
A special thanks to Vickie for making my check-out process smooth and transparent, and I was pleased to receive 100% of my deposit back without any issues. Can’t praise Hannon Holmes enough, they have been quite simply excellent. We have no regrets choosing a local agent to sell our property, they were attentive, and kept us updated throughout. All the staff are friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks to Naomi, Gillian and all the team. We have gifts which I’ll try and drop off tomorrow.

Since moving into a Hannon Holmes rental property over 12 months ago, I would like to say how grateful I am for their communication, assistance in the lead up to and subsequent tenancy. I am no longer in the property as have moved in with my partner but even the termination of tenancy process has been simple and well communicated. Definitely would recommend Hannon Holmes to anyone in the future and even though many people have been part of my journey, I would like to mention Vickie who continually kept me informed with everything. We had such a great experience with Naomi and Gillian - we could not fault the team at Hannon Holmes. We had open and honest communication throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble for them whether it was additional viewings or extra information from the vendor they were always on hand to help.

Can't speak highly enough of Hannon Holmes! Always kept me updated and were constantly there for me. So professional and caring, nothing too much trouble.
