I can't stress how happy I am to have chosen to use Henry Adams (Middleton-on-sea). I met a few different estate agents to sell the property and my first impression of them was right, as they seemed to stand out from the rest and knew the market which gave me confidence that I had the right people. Through a really hard time for myself they have basically held my hand through the whole process in which I was new to. Nothing was too much trouble and such a knowledgeable friendly team. I was constantly kept updated on everything. And to add a cherry on top the property was sold within a week or two of going ahead with them. I'm so grateful for everything they have done and will definitely use them again. Thanks to all of you (Ben, Ella and the rest of the team).

As a developer for over 30 years I have come across the good, the bad and the ugly with estate agents - and Henry Adams in Middleton is the good! Very good in fact. Their communication, patience and dedication to your sale or purchase is exceptional - they push water uphill in getting the deal across the line - with solicitors getting more and more ridiculous as time passes with enquiries and generally not getting anything done, you can rest assured that with this team behind you, that you will get results. I cannot recommend this group highly enough.

I fully recommend Henry Adam’s for the selling of properties. Their valuation, professionalism, flexibility, charm, direct approach and willingness to go above and beyond is warmly appreciated. Some difficulty with the solicitor is counterbalanced by their willingness to follow closely and keep on top of the solicitor sales processing. Thank you for a nice job!

We are not even selling via Henry Adams - we are purchasing through them so are not technically their client, but they have been excellent from start to finish (far better than our own agent). Special shout out to Ella who has restored my faith in estate agents - she goes above and beyond to do the job all of us buyers and sellers are crying out for (making up for for the poor service we received from our own agent). We will be using Henry Adams for our next move
