Had a smooth and wonderful experience with HG Premier Lettings- from viewing to application and finally move-in. Natalie was very professional and responsive and she helps answer all your queries. It would be even great if they can also add an emergency out of hours number service to address any urgent maintenance issues.

Got my first place from hg lettings and the application went through alot faster then expected once I had all my details. Done. The receptionist was polite and lovely and the viewing was well informed and helped me find where im staying. Overall they did a really good job and would recommend to people looking for there first places. Natalie in particular is the best to talk too.

Really poor management, my daughter had locked herself out of her flat on a Sunday, after relentlessly searching the internet for an out of hours emergency contact, there was nothing, the office number put us through to an answer phone message simply saying they're closed, you can report it via email although, as a neighbour said, they can take upto 28 days to reply. As a concerned parent I find it really worrying that there is simply no support/caretaker/out of hours telephone number, ridiculous. I will be ringing the office first thing in the morning to complain
