Dan kindly handled the sale of our late father’s apartment and although we had a ‘probate’ delay, he maintained a strong relationship with ourselves and the buyer and all relevant solicitors. We couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism, patience and commitment to seeing the property sold. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dan and his company to anyone thinking about selling a property.
