After a few friends and neighbours relayed the positive experiences they’d had with Hunters, we decided to instruct them for our recent property sale. For a previous sale, we used an online estate agent, so we’ve got experience of both. The bottom line is you get what you pay for. Considering their fixed fee and the service and support we received from the Hunters team throughout the sales process, we feel they were good value for money. From proper property photographers (you’re not going to see a reflection of the agent taking the photo in your bathroom mirror in any of Hunter’s photographs, they bring in the professionals!) to the support and guidance from Nicole when it turns out you’ve instructed amateur solicitors and want to tear your hair out, they were worth every penny of their fee! We had a positive experience with the whole team at Hunters. Everyone is very personable, and we always felt they were doing their best for us. We would however, like to take this opportunity to specifically call Nicole out as the star of the show. She is extremely knowledgeable and highly efficient, a winning combination and exactly the person you want in your corner when you’re in the thick of the sales process. We’re really happy we reverted to the traditional high street agent and will recommend Hunters to friends in the area without hesitation.

The experience of using Hunters to sell my property made the process so much easier, with many conversations, emails and calls to Nicole to ask more questions, Nicole always called me back and had the answers to my questions. The support given to me by the team was amazing I had total confidence in their professionalism and made selling the property so much easier for me and slightly less stressful. Hunters came recommended and we absolutely know why. The whole team were knowledgeable, professional and approachable from the offset and were exceptional through to the end. They sold our house in less than a week. They were always on hand and kind and responsive to any queries, big or small. At one point Nicole was pretty much doing everyone's job (solicitors & estate agents from both sides!) to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for us and the sale went through before Christmas. We cannot thank her enough for her dedication. Absolutely would not recommend anyone else if you are selling your property in North Manchester (we had a previous bad experience with another estate agents so can honestly speak from experience).
