Hunters Manchester were the letting agents for my 2-bedroom property for just under 2 years. Overall the management experience was very good. They found really good tenants, payments were on time, and they helped with all the repairs for the property. Special shoutout to Candice Wrigley and Lucy Hollister who handled all my queries.
There are just two things stopping it from being a 5 star:
1) Hunters are quite pricey, however you do get a great service for the price.
2) There were some repairs that Hunter's contacts took a while to fix. Unfortunately the tenants had to get in touch with me multiple times to get this resolved. It was resolved in the end but was a hit of a headache.

I was a tenant for over 2 yrs with Hunters in Manchester and the Senior Property Manager Candice Wrigley who was in charge of my flat is the best state agent I have ever had , her prompt response to all my needs and can do attitude has made my tenancy stress free and really enjoyable.

The letting team who have taken over the management of my property have been exceptional. Offering competitive management rates along with a personal service has meant that I don’t need to worry about my properties being in safe hands. A special thanks to Kye for all his efforts to get me the best market rent and for Lucy making the onboarding process effortless. Highly recommend other landlords to put your trust into Hunters.

Aside from a few hiccups with miscommunication between landlord/agent, my experience with Hunters has been refreshingly smooth, efficient and professional. Have rented with a few different agencies in Manchester and would definitely say this was the most pleasant
