My husband and I decided it was the right time to sell our house after being very indecisive. We booked a valuation with Indlu for a few days later. Alex came to our house and was very friendly and professional, he spent time explaining everything to us and was very clear. This was really important for us as we have never sold a house before and quite frankly is a really scary time. Once we agreed we would sell, we arranged a day for the pictures to be taken again only a few days later. Alex took some great shots of our house which really did show it off to it's true potential. Our house went on the market that very same day, the viewings came flooding in and within one week we had sold our house. We wanted to do the viewings ourself which we found to run really smoothly. Donna is very friendly and efficient, always very quick to get back to us when we have needed information. I'm sure she is just as good behind the scenes making sure the rest of it goes to plan. I owned an apartment in St Georges Island in Manchester and had been advertising my property through another agent for three months. After changing to work with Simon and Mark at Inglu, I noticed how amazing the level of service was (even the photos were a step above) and I had 5 1st viewings in the first week of advertising.
