I was a tenant there for at least 2-3 years. I had to leave because of the awful customer service I had to put up with. From management down to reception I was treated like dirt. I could no longer trust the people who work there. The place is ran like a joke really. Raiyhana who is currently part of the "management" is extremely unprofessional and rude and only wants to create confrontation in my experience. I had a flood which was the second one in 6 months. They don't spend any money maintaining the building so the whole place is falling apart basically. Every maintenance job ever carried out there is a complete bodge job. After the major flood due to a burst water pipe which caused me huge problems they only offered me a measly 3 days free rent which was an absolute insult considering the inconvenience and the damage caused. On top of that I had expensive items go missing from my office which I can only assume were stolen from my office by security as they went in to my office while I wasn't there to assess the flood damage. (this is after kicking my door in because they didn't have a spare key!) They didn't seem willing to help and were only concerned about if I had paid the rent for that month and threatened to withhold my post and not let me in to the building if I did not do so. Regardless of the fact I had over £1000 of damage and over £200 of stock go "missing" and no acknowledgment that anything was going to be done about it. I could literally go on and on about the ineptitude of this company. The bottom line is I wouldn't recommend renting an office space out here.
