Recently purchased our 1st Buy to Let so asked Jaks & Co to find a tenant which they did on the first set of viewings. Moharram is excellent, great attention to detail and was very patient when I was asking numerous questions as a first time landlord. I loved every bit of the Service I received from Jaks and co, from the moment I called them about the property they had on the market, to viewing, to finally getting my keys. They were receptive, friendly and very helpful. I could even reach them out of hours if I had any problem. They were patient and directed me to the right places for information if I needed help. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants to rent, buy ,let out a property to use their services.

Moharram was the estate agent that managed the purchase of my flat. She was excellent, clear and communicative. She was always very responsive for when I had any queries, and really helped push conveyancing solicitors into action on both sides. The purchase of my flat could easily have taken months longer without her help. Would highly recommend.
