Fantastic service yet again from the team at JonSimon. Having sold two previous properties with them and always receiving great advice, they were my immediate go-to when we decided to sell a rental property we have had for a number of years. They are always happy to help with any enquiries and provide valuable advice. Michael, a local guy from Ramsbottom, has excellent local area knowledge. Thank you to Lauren for conducting the viewings and handling my calls and emails. Would highly recommend! to anyone thinking of selling.

Bought our first house with JonSimon back in July 2022 and we would definitely recommend them. Frankie was so productive and would provide us with updates all the time. We were first time buyers and our seller had a chain but it only took 4 months to complete which was impressive. Thanks again for everyting!

Could not have asked for more. As a first time buyer Chris was amazing with us from the start to end. Chris was quick to call us back, helpful and did everything he could to make this process easy. We had the pleasure of meeting Andy who went above and beyond during our mortgage appointment. We used all in-house services the solicitor and our wonderful mortgage advisor Jake (I can no recommend him enough). Great team and a great work ethic, nothing was too much. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy or sell. Professional, supportive and quick.

Sold a house within 24 hours of going live and then purchased another property via Jon Simon Ramsbottom - three months later we are now happily living in our new family home. Chris and Andy were fantastic at guiding us through the process, addressing our concerns and managing all parties involved. Even at tricky moments they were professional and on the ball. We also arranged our mortgage via Jon Simon financial services and used the in-house DRN solicitors - made such a difference having them all working under the same roof. Thanks for all your support - highly recommend their services.

I recently marketed my home with Jon Simon’s Ramsbottom office. Andy came and valued my home and was spot on with his advice. Chris led the sale. He did all of the viewings and managed to secure a number of offers. His handling of the sale has been excellent and his customer service has been very good. The property sold within a week.
This is the third home I’ve sold in the area but the first time I have ever used Jon Simon. I have been far more impressed with this company than the other well established Ramsbottom estate agent we have used in the past.
I have used Jake the mortgage adviser from the Ramsbottom office too and his service has been exemplary. He has answered my many questions quickly and correctly. I am also using the in house conveyancing solicitor, DRN Solicitors for the sale and purchase of my new home. By having my mortgage, sale and conveyancing all handled by the same group, in the same building, I am enjoying a stress free house sale experience. Thanks to all the staff.

Jon Simon Radcliffe have been incredible from start to finish! Moving house definitely isn’t easy but they’ve always been at the end of the phone with some reassuring words on the stressful days. Each and every staff member has gone above and beyond and they have been an incredible team to deal with. I would highly recommend Jenine as a sales consultant as she’s been supportive and well-informed since our very first meeting. I wouldn’t consider anyone else to buy or sell a property with in the future.
