Quite possibly the worst letting agents in the whole of Manchester. They do not have a care in the world for their tenants unless it benefits them. We’ve tried to contact them multiple times about issues in the flat and they fail to respond EVERY TIME. They come round for flat inspections every now and then and when we explain the issues they say “yeah the landlord probably won’t fix that” the water is always going on and off and occasionally going brown. Please be sensible and do not use Jordan fishwick. For your own sake

Emanuel Silva helped us find the most amazing place to stay that ticked all of our boxes! The whole process was smooth and efficient, and we were able to move in very quickly! All in all a very great result, and brilliant service from Emanuel. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attentive, and knowledgeable lettings agent.

Extremely Disappointed — Lack of Transparency and Professionalism We’re in the middle of purchasing a flat through Jordan Fishwick, and the experience has been deeply frustrating. Important details — like the fact that the property is part of a probate sale and that cladding works are due — were never clearly disclosed upfront. We only discovered these issues after spending money on legal work and chasing basic answers that should’ve been offered from the start. The communication has been evasive and inconsistent. When we raised serious, valid concerns (like whether the seller was informed about a revised offer due to disruptive upcoming works), we were told it might take a week to “pass on a message” — something that should take minutes. We were also told not to call the office and that they would “contact us” — as if buyers spending hundreds of thousands of pounds shouldn’t expect updates. If you’re buying through this branch, double check everything yourself and don’t assume full transparency. We’ve worked with other agencies during the same time — including on a separate flat in the same building — and the difference in service is night and day. Very disappointing, and I hope they reflect on how this has been handled.

I had a flawless experience with Jordan Fishwick in Manchester. I managed to get my tenancy sorted within 2 weeks and I’m moving into my flat today! Chelsea Darby was very helpful as well and instructive :)

Very efficient. They find me me tenants pretty quickly and take care of all aspects of the rental including repairs and maintenance. I have been a happy customer for seven years.
