After initially marketing a probate property with another agent and being messed around with poor pricing advice and communication, I made the decision to move to Karen Ritchie Estates. What a good move I made. Karen and Michelle’s knowledge of the local area and current market conditions resulted in an offer within 14 days of it going on the market with them. Their communication was excellent. They vetted the buyer and gave me sound advice throughout the process. Really like the fact that when you ring, you can always speak with the same person (usually Chloe) and there are only 2 agents, Karen and Michelle who do the viewings. They know the house so there aren’t agents showing prospective buyers around who haven’t ever been in the property prior to the viewing. Would highly recommend. Thank you all. You were top notch 😊😊😊

We recently sold through Karen Ritchie (Apr ‘25) and they were more than brilliant. The office is always available to take your call or query and all in the office have a good grasp on each property in their portfolio. Reliable and diligent throughout.

A very big thank you to Karen and her team, Michelle, Chloe, Cassidy. They took care of the sale of our house and from start to finish it was stress free. Their experience, time, and patience has been most valued by my family, we're very glad we decided on Karen Richie estates to sell our property. I believe we've received a bespoke service that we wouldn't have received with any other agent. We highly recommend them.

Karen and all the team provided a first class service when dealing with the sale of my father’s house. They gave valued advice on the best marketing strategy and pricing, backed up by very professional accompanied viewings with the senior management. Once the property had sold their administration of the sale was very supportive. Thank you all.

All the girls at Karen Ritchie were absolutely brilliant, especially Chloe. It was a bit touch and go if sale and purchase would complete on the same day . But we did and thats all down to me using Karen Ritchie Estates. Chloe was amazing and i would definitely use them again with selling my house in the future 😁
