"I had a great experience with Karsons Lettings during my 8 month tenancy. The staff, especially Mr. Bhavesh, were very professional, helpful, honest and transparent throughout the process. When my tenancy ended, they handled the deposit return fairly, with no undue deductions. Highly recommend their services!"

A pleasure dealing with Karson Lettings and highly recommend their services. They were very responsive and helpful if anything needed to be done in the house. Deposit was returned in full 2 weeks after leaving the house. Thank you Bav and Rachael!

Don't trust this Letting company. Don't pay money before doing your due diligence. Your deposit is not protected and they ask so many references to make you believe them. They took £400 from my refund when I realised the contract was full of fraud and I didn't sign the contract. Be careful and you will thank me later.

We have been renting with Karsons Lettings for 2 years before we had to relocate outside the Manchester area for work.
The team led by Bhavesh has always gone above and beyond at all stages of the rental process. From moving in to checking out, as well as dealing with all maintenance issues including late at night or at the weekends, Bhavesh was always available to assist and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
We would highly recommend Karsons Lettings whether you are a tenant or landlord, you are in the best hands.
We even thought of acquiring buy-for-rent property just so that Bhavesh can look after it for us, this just shows how trustworthy and efficient he is at all times.
Rent with Karsons Lettings and you will not be disappointed.
