Clare recently sold us our new home, and sold our previous home for us. The process was extremely smooth and Clare kept us informed the entire time. It was great having that close of contact with someone during what could have been a very stressful time. Always professional and easy to contact. Would recommend Clare if you are thinking of selling.

As first-time buyers Neil was incredibly helpful. All questions answered in a timely manner and went the extra to push the purchase through within 43 days from the date we visited the home. Neil has taken care of everything including finding the best solicitor etc. Excellent service overall. Helped us secure our dream home and made the whole process smooth and stress free. I reached out to Neil and the team at Kingtons after having no joy at all, selling my house with a different estate agency. To say that I am totally impressed with Neil’s sense of urgency and excellent communication, throughout the process would be a severe understatement. Neil is friendly and professional at all times. Once instructed, excellent quality photos and descriptions were produced and online within 48 hours and many viewings were arranged within 24 hours and an offer was accepted within a week.
I can’t thank Neal and the team enough for keeping me sane and for your perseverance and I wish you all the best for the future. If anyone has even the slightest doubt about instructing Kingtons, my advice would be to not ook anywhere else.
