I cannot recommend Kirn Estates highly enough!! Great service from viewing a property to moving in, communication from Sue has been invaluable throughout the process with regular updates and support. Thanks also to Jordan for arranging the viewing and to Sue for accommodating a late appointment. Very impressed with the personal service I have had compared to my previous agent.

Amazing service and support provided by Jordan and each and every member of the team, starting from viewing the property up until picking up the keys to the house. Jordan and the team have been incredibly informative and supportive and helped us with enormous amount of queries and questions. Team had always been very approachable and helpful even outside working hours. I would like to recommend Kirn Estates to everyone as they are the best Estate Agency available for you out there and made our first purchase journey very pleasant.

My Mother moved to the Shropshire Countryside after living in Elverston St for over 62 years.
We met with all of the Estate Agents listed in Northenden and Didsbury. All were decent (except Hunters who were poor). Jordan Bateson at Kirn got the business because he really took a detailed interest in the property, knew the local market forensically, and had a group of potential buyers active in the area. The house had a few minor issues to address and he had a good network of tradespeople to attend. We got a fair price, and Kirn's fees were reasonable. Jordan communicated with us well in a WhatsApp group and did a really good job.
