We recently used the property services of Kristian Allen to sell our home of twenty five years. This is a difficult and emotional journey and I wish to commend the amazing service we received from Leila and Tom throughout the whole process. The professionalism and attention to detail was consistent from beginning to end.
Leila conscientiously maintained timely contact throughout, keeping us up to date from the initial viewings right up to completion including a follow up to make sure we had settled in our new home. She is kind, sincere and thoughtful.
Tom valued our property and provided extra advice and support when trying to decide on our purchase which felt like true impartial support.
Based on our experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone thinking of going to market or buying a property they advertise for sale.

Kristian Allan have maintained a truly 5 star service throughout the challenging period of selling my house. I have been extremely grateful for the personalised, supportive and empathetic approach their team have provided. Matthew Warwick was exceptional, both in his professional approach and going above and beyond, ensuring I was kept engaged and informed of all the developments during the progress of the sale. Likewise I engaged with his colleagues, Sophie Marshall and Tom Taylor who were professional and always keen to help.
I would highly recommend their service and would gladly work with them in the future.

Thoroughly professional service from start to finish . Kristian turned up on time and went through in detail what he and the company could offer us. The service was carried out exactly as he promised and we can t fault any aspect. Everyone we came it contact with was superb , both professional and friendly . Many thanks to Matthew for actually selling it and a particular mention to Sophie who was brilliant . In 45 years of buying and selling property i think she is the most competent estate agent i have ever come across

Matthew and the whole Kristan Allan team have been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of our house purchase. The sale completed much more quickly than anticipated and Matthew kept us regularly up-to-date with weekly phone calls. If we had any queries, they were dealt with in a timely manner. The whole purchase has been stress free from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Kristian Allan again!
