I couldn’t fault the service we received, from calling into the office to make the initial introduction to receiving the meter readings and exchange of keys. It wasn’t a smooth sale by any means with the buyer taking almost 12 months to complete. But, Lancasters stuck at it, keeping us fully informed along the way. I wish to thank Ben, Jason and particularly Emma, our ‘sales progression coordinator’ for the excellent service they provided. I wish them all the best for their future sales.

We had a very positive experience, buying our house via Lancasters. The staff team were excellent at carrying out viewings. They were reliable and we noted that they worked well together as a team. My special thanks goes to Jason who is an excellent negotiator, he is a credit to himself and the estate. Emma was also very professional and helpful, offering consistent support through the process. A huge thank you also goes to Ben, who is a wonderful manager and made the process very smooth and enjoyable. We unconditionally recommend them as Estate Agents.

We sold our parents' property following bereavement. Lancaster's were enormously helpful and professional, from giving a realistic probate valuation, through marketing, keeping us updated on viewings, right through to after sales - even kindly forwarding mail. The team were there for us and helped us through an emotional process with kindness and understanding. With their help we achieved a quick sale at the price we expected. A big thank you to all the team.

What a fantastic estate agent this is. They felt like family towards the end.
We purchased our forever home with Lancasters and had the pleasure of dealing with Jason throughout who bent over backwards with my multiple viewings, Emma with the sale process to completion, my countless calls and emails and Anita who was always a delight to speak to when directing my calls.
It's unheard of for an estate agency to be open on a Sunday and Lancasters were definitely there to support.
Ben you have a fantastic team working for you, you must be very proud.
