I cannot thank Leaders enough, I had left my key in the house and had no way of getting in as my house mates were both away. Leaders travelled all the way to mine to open the door out of working hours, if it wasn’t for them I’d have nowhere to sleep other than a hotel and no access to my clothes and laptop which are needed for work. This is a perfect example of going above and beyond - A special mention to Ashley and Rosie who contacted me straight away as I told them the issue and sorted it as soon as possible!!!

My partner asked me to contact Leaders, Bolton as she had been ignored by them for two weeks.
Difficult to deny that Leaders are abysmal.
I was redirected to a mobile. A lady answered with just “Hello”. I asked for an update on an issue with a property we own. She asked if I’d spoken to “Tracey” for an update. I said I hadn’t and could she update me. She said she was in the opticians , had to go then and hung up!

Absolutely appalling company! Useless incompetent. Would never chase anything up, was given false information numerous times. Couldn't answer questions directly. Late opening the shop when I went to hand in my application form...not very professional. Rude, tried to tell me it had been three weeks since I viewed a property when it had been three days. Have rang them and been told the woman who's dealing with my application is on holiday and back the next day...half an hour later said woman who's supposed to be on holiday has rang me back. Told we don't need parking permits when we do. Constantly being given either no info or the wrong info. Staff are rude and unhelpful. would highly recommend anyone to NOT use these estate agents it's been nothing but aggro since I moved in!!

After renting a house from Courtneys (which was hell) It was a refreshing change to deal with such professionals. They showed the house well, answered all questions. When we had problems like the TV aerial not working it was fixed, when the boiler packed in it was fixed quickly. We had all the regular safety checks and inspections and were always nice and contactable.
On leaving we had a good inspection and a friendly farewell.
Seriously good service.

I have been a customer of Jordan's in Bolton as a landlord for several years. I would struggle to say anything negative about the service that I have received there over the years. I have always been satisfied with their property management service. This goes for finding a tenant, organising repairs, managing a rented property and above all prompt and easy communication.
