We’ve just completed our tenancy renewal with Leaders and had the pleasure of working with Michelle. From start to finish, Michelle was professional, understanding, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to listen to our circumstances and helped liaise with our landlord in a way that was fair and respectful to all parties.
Their communication was prompt and friendly, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. We're really grateful for their support and would happily recommend them.

Michelle Warhurst and Aziz Monnan have been absolutely brilliant to work with. They have been friendly, professional, and quick to sort out any issues or questions I had. Michelle was always easy to reach and super helpful, and Aziz made sure everything was running smoothly on the ground. It’s been a really positive experience, and I genuinely appreciate how well they’ve looked after things. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and approachable property managers.

She kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all my questions promptly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Fleur’s attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days—she’s a credit to the team. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with leaders from start to finish, and would highly recommend them! In particular a huge thank you to Shaun Cherian from the Deansgate branch who made the valuation process seamless. He was knowledgable, quick to respond to any queries and very professional.

Avoid if you want to get your deposit back.
Didn't respond to emails requesting deposit back - So I made a claim through DPS.
Letting agents finally proposed a refund amount which I accepted.
They requested bank details, which were provided within minutes of receiving the email.
They responded confirming deposit would be released within 7 days.
After 9 days have passed they still have not returned my deposit, even after confirming a following two times that this was going to be actioned by the correct team.
I have since contacted them, and they have advised they wish to make deductions for unpaid rent. Even though I paid my rent up front prior to the contract starting.
DPS have confirmed they are unable to make any amendments to the agreement, and are unable to make deductions.
They are now illegally withholding my deposit. They are now ignoring me emails to resolve the matter.
I would give them 0 stars if Possible.
