Agents were very helpful and always willing to answer any queries whether in regards to the property itself or the processes involved.
Property itself was well managed and they keep on top of repairs if/when needed.

My experience with Liquid Gold Properties is excellent. The house is well furnished and has all the amenities mentioned. I enjoyed the reception given to me when I came for viewing. The agent came on time and took me round the house without any waste of time. All the few complains I made from the time I moved in where taking care of within hours. They are always available whenever you call on them. I am really enjoying their services.

I currently rent from Liquid Gold Properties LTD and have been for several months. They are fantastic, they kept me in the loop during my initial enquiries about the property and were very accommodating about my viewing due to my time constraints at work. All my interactions with them have been 10/10 and they are always polite and friendly when I speak with them. On the odd occasions I have needed something sorting, they sort as quickly as possible. I cant thank them enough.

So many issues with neighbours, and not effectively dealt with, in most cases. Slow response times to getting things fixed. Served a section 21 after short tenancy finished, with no explanation. Overall, a pretty bad experience and would definitely not recommend.

This property agents is worst I ever seen.
No one picking call after having property viewing scheduled.
No one showed up, no call or text.
Really scam people.
I try to call 15 times but no response.
