The ladies were really nice when I approached them in the office. Although, we put a rental application in well over a month ago and never heard anything back. When I called 2 weeks after putting the application in to follow up, they said that the particular property had a lot of applications and this is why it was taking so long. I sent some emails and never got a reply. FYI: I went through another real estate and heard back in a week, using the same information we are now in a rental.
