We have been in our home since 2024 and Emma has been absolutely brilliant. We have had our kitchen and some garden work done by Andy at keal property services who works for Links and he and all of his team have been absolutely brilliant along with communicating with Links on behalf of us regarding any unexpected work or delays. He's done an amazing job and has worked round us and our little girl he is absolutely brilliant. Wouldn't want anyone else to do work in my house!

Lynks have been absolutely outstanding from the first moment that they introduced themselves to me at a time when I needed to work with a new lettings agent to manage my property. They supported me beyond expectation in bringing an existing tenancy to a close and swiftly found suitable new tenants with a minimum of fuss. I am extremely impressed by their friendly and professional approach and their standards of service are excellent. I have also found their levels of communication to be first-class, keeping me informed on everything I need to know about.

Lynks Estates are very professional and always helpful regardless of the issues or questions that may arise. They offer an excellent service which I would recommend to other landlords. Emma was fantastic—she was there every step of the way, always quick to respond to any queries and kept everything running smoothly. The sales team as a whole was brilliant, making the entire experience stress-free.
Phill, who conducted the first viewing, really sold the property to me. I put in an offer as soon as I left, and it was accepted within the hour! The process moved at lightning speed, and thanks to the team's dedication, we managed to complete the sale before the stamp duty deadline—just over 8 weeks from start to finish!
